Yes, you can!
If you need to change your scheduled pickup or return time, simply give us a message at washwave.nl@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Please try to contact us at least 4 hours before the originally scheduled slot.It is a prerequisite that you are personally present at the selected address and time you booked.
If you are not available at the scheduled pickup or delivery time, it might take extra time to reschedule your slot. We kindly ask you to be present during the selected time window to keep everything running smoothly.cluding any information that is relevant to share. Then customize the font, size and scale to make it your own.All payments are processed digitally via mobile at both pickup and delivery. You will receive payment instructions during the service. A €5 down payment is required at pickup, with the remaining balance due upon the return of your freshly cleaned clothes.
We return your laundry clean, dry, and folded within 48 hours from the scheduled pickup time.
You will need to book a return slot during the booking process to make sure you are available to receive it.We accept everyday clothing including:

If you have any specific laundry needs, just let us know when booking — we’ll handle your laundry accordingly.

Simply place your clothes inside the WashWave reusable laundry bag. Each laundry bag should include only clothes of a similar category (e.g., colored clothes together, whites together, etc.) to ensure the best washing results.
If it's your first order, we'll provide the bag when we pick up your laundry. Please ensure your laundry is ready before the courier arrives to make the pickup quick and easy.Each laundry bag can hold up to 6 kg. If you need more space, you can simply add an extra bag for €15 per additional bag. So, one bag costs €15, two bags cost €30, and three bags cost €45. You can use as many bags as you need.

The service is currently available only within Amsterdam.

A €5 down payment is required at the time of laundry pickup and the remaining balance must be paid upon return delivery.

If no payment is made, WashWave reserves the right to withhold returning the laundry until full payment is received.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

WashWave is not liable for any damage, loss, or discoloration that may occur during the washing, drying, or transport process.

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly sort laundry (colored, white, or intense whites) based on the provided instructions.
